400;\">This Regulation defines the rules for using the services provided by VIP EVENTS Catering, headquartered in Warsaw (ul. Klobucka 11, 02-699 Warsaw), <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">REGON: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">526172136<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, KRS: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">0001054042<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hereinafter referred to as the \"Company,\" which organizes catering for various events such as weddings, banquets, corporate parties, and celebrations.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Regulation is an integral part of the contract concluded between the Company and the Client, and its acceptance is a condition for the provision of services.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Client is any natural or legal person who uses the services offered by the Company.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The administrator of the Client's personal data is VIP EVENTS CATERING, and details regarding data protection are contained in the Privacy Policy available on the Company's website.<\/span><\/p><p><b>II. Definitions<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Services<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Catering services provided by the Company, including preparation, delivery, and catering service at events organized by the Client.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Client<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> A natural or legal person using the services of VIP EVENTS CATERING.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Contract<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> A contract for the provision of catering services concluded between the Company and the Client, the terms of which are defined by this Regulation.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Website<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 The Company's website, through which the Client can familiarize themselves with the offer and place an order.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>III. Terms of Service<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By using the services of VIP EVENTS CATERING, the Client fully accepts this Regulation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The services are provided in accordance with applicable law and the rules defined in the Regulation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Client undertakes to provide truthful, up-to-date, and complete data when placing an order.<\/span><\/p><p><b>IV. Conclusion of the Contract<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The contract for the provision of catering services is concluded by submitting a request for a proposal or an order via email or telephone, as well as confirming the order details by the Company.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Company reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order if the data provided by the Client is incomplete, incorrect, or if circumstances arise that make it impossible to provide the service.<\/span><\/p><p><b>V. Order Execution<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The execution of the order takes place according to the agreements between the Company and the Client, as specified in the contract.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Client receives confirmation of the order acceptance along with arrangements regarding the date, location, and specifics of the service.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case of any changes regarding the order, the Client must immediately notify the Company.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Company reserves the right to suspend or change the order execution period in the event of force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances.<\/span><\/p><p><b>VI. Payment, Delivery, and Service Provision<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The prices for services are specified in Polish zloty (PLN) and apply according to the offer presented to the Client at the time of contract conclusion.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Client can make payments via bank transfer, credit card, or another payment method specified by the Company.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The provision of the service (catering) takes place at the location and time specified in the contract.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Company is not responsible for delays arising from causes beyond its control, including delays from subcontractors.<\/span><\/p><p><b>VII. Withdrawal from the Contract and Cancellation<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Client who has concluded a contract for the provision of catering services has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 days of its conclusion, provided that the service has not been fully performed.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To withdraw from the contract, the Client must send a statement to the email address: info@vipeventscatering.pl.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The refund of paid funds will be made using the same payment method that the Client used unless the parties agree otherwise.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event of order cancellation, the Client must notify the Company no later than 48 hours before the scheduled service date. After this period, cancellation may result in additional charges.<\/span><\/p><p><b>VIII. Complaints<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Complaints regarding the provided service should be submitted via email to: info@vipeventscatering.pl or by phone: +48 799 357 905.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The complaint must contain a detailed description of the concerns or deficiencies in the service, as well as the Client's data and order number.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Company undertakes to review the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt.<\/span><\/p><p><b>IX. Personal Data Protection<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The personal data provided by the Client is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
