We developed an exclusive menu for the Porsche Centre Kyiv Airport intimate event and the brand's guests: a carving station of baked Chilean sea bass, filet mignon USA with exotic cabbage and beetroot mousse, grilled Normandy scallop with coconut-strawberry emulsion, Moet Chandon Rose canapés with black coffee and gold - it was very elegant.
