RULES AND TERMS OF VIP EVENTS CATERING

  1. General Provisions

This Regulation defines the rules for using the services provided by VIP EVENTS Catering, headquartered in Warsaw (ul. Klobucka 11, 02-699 Warsaw), REGON: 526172136, KRS: 0001054042, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," which organizes catering for various events such as weddings, banquets, corporate parties, and celebrations.

The Regulation is an integral part of the contract concluded between the Company and the Client, and its acceptance is a condition for the provision of services.

The Client is any natural or legal person who uses the services offered by the Company.

The administrator of the Client's personal data is VIP EVENTS CATERING, and details regarding data protection are contained in the Privacy Policy available on the Company's website.

II. Definitions

  • Services Catering services provided by the Company, including preparation, delivery, and catering service at events organized by the Client.
  • Client A natural or legal person using the services of VIP EVENTS CATERING.
  • Contract A contract for the provision of catering services concluded between the Company and the Client, the terms of which are defined by this Regulation.
  • Website – The Company's website, through which the Client can familiarize themselves with the offer and place an order.

 

III. Terms of Service

By using the services of VIP EVENTS CATERING, the Client fully accepts this Regulation.

The services are provided in accordance with applicable law and the rules defined in the Regulation.

The Client undertakes to provide truthful, up-to-date, and complete data when placing an order.

IV. Conclusion of the Contract

The contract for the provision of catering services is concluded by submitting a request for a proposal or an order via email or telephone, as well as confirming the order details by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order if the data provided by the Client is incomplete, incorrect, or if circumstances arise that make it impossible to provide the service.

V. Order Execution

The execution of the order takes place according to the agreements between the Company and the Client, as specified in the contract.

The Client receives confirmation of the order acceptance along with arrangements regarding the date, location, and specifics of the service.

In case of any changes regarding the order, the Client must immediately notify the Company.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or change the order execution period in the event of force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances.

VI. Payment, Delivery, and Service Provision

The prices for services are specified in Polish zloty (PLN) and apply according to the offer presented to the Client at the time of contract conclusion.

The Client can make payments via bank transfer, credit card, or another payment method specified by the Company.

The provision of the service (catering) takes place at the location and time specified in the contract.

The Company is not responsible for delays arising from causes beyond its control, including delays from subcontractors.

VII. Withdrawal from the Contract and Cancellation

A Client who has concluded a contract for the provision of catering services has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 days of its conclusion, provided that the service has not been fully performed.

To withdraw from the contract, the Client must send a statement to the email address: info@vipeventscatering.pl.

The refund of paid funds will be made using the same payment method that the Client used unless the parties agree otherwise.

In the event of order cancellation, the Client must notify the Company no later than 48 hours before the scheduled service date. After this period, cancellation may result in additional charges.

VIII. Complaints

Complaints regarding the provided service should be submitted via email to: info@vipeventscatering.pl or by phone: +48 799 357 905.

The complaint must contain a detailed description of the concerns or deficiencies in the service, as well as the Client's data and order number.

The Company undertakes to review the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt.

IX. Personal Data Protection

The personal data provided by the Client is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Detailed information on data processing is contained in our Privacy Policy.

X. Final Provisions

The Company reserves the right to amend this Regulation. Changes take effect upon publication on the Company's website.

In matters not regulated by this Regulation, the provisions of Polish law apply.

Any disputes arising from the contract for service provision will be resolved by the competent common court.

The Regulation is effective from the date of publication.
